It’s very location dependent. They can have some of the best fries, but I have gotten some soggy, greasy monstrosities before from there.

I’ve had that experience at more than one location. I do travel around a lot during the week, and pretty much every chain has that issue. Like I witnessed a manager at a Chick-f il-A yell at an employee who was doing their job, and the food was actually above average, which I’ve never experienced at Chick-f il-A.
